SERVConnect software is a program fully integrated into the SAP R/3® environment used for activity recording of service orders. The software can be used by any company that wishes to order or record services rendered. The main feature is collecting technical data and allocation of services to a bank account.
Due to its user friendliness, SERVConnect makes it easy and more efficient to process activity recording. SERVConnect has been successfully used in the power supply sector to integrate activity recording of service orders into the SAP® environment.
